"Autumn was a phenomenal agent to work with. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient. I asked so many dumb questions about the process, but she just smiled and answered totally unphased by my ignorance. She managed to sell my house which I thought was going to be impossible at the price homes go for now and she did all this while being super pregnant. Way to go Autumn! "When I initially contacted Autumn as a seller, she was at my house within 4 days for her initial walk through. "Autumn was my agent for both selling my previous home and buying my current one, and I would definitely recommend her. When selling my home, she offered advice on things to do to help it sell, provided market research for the area, brought in a photographer to take professional pictures of the place, all before we even listed the house. Once listed, she held open houses, offered advice to buyers regarding insurance and other issues. She was also great in dealing with the aftermath of a difficult agent and buyer who backed out of a deal inappropriately (He didn’t read the contract).
